Your data, handled properly.

We only ask for what we need, only use it for what you give it for, and never sell anything on. Below you can read which data we process, why, and what your rights are.

   Who we are

   PA Automations is a trade name of PA Agency B.V., based in Zutphen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 99602199). We are responsible for what happens to your personal data through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@perfectautomations.nl.

   What data we process

   If you complete the quick scan, we process your name, email address and, if you fill it in, your phone number. We also process your company's name and sector, the number of employees, the software you use and your answers about your work. If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details. Please don't include sensitive personal information in your notes, such as health data.

   What we use it for

   To create your savings report and email it to you, because you ask for it. To answer your questions. To contact you about the results, but only if you indicate this in the scan; you can withdraw that consent at any time. And to secure the website and prevent misuse of the scan. If you become a customer, we keep what the law requires for our accounts.

   How the scan creates your report

   Your answers about your work and your company's name are sent to an AI model. It assesses the opportunities and writes the texts; we calculate the amounts ourselves using fixed rules. Currently that's Claude by Anthropic, but we choose the model that works best for each task, which may also be one from OpenAI or xAI (Grok), or an open-source model. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent to the AI. We only use AI services that don't use your data to train their AI. The result is an indication: no decisions are made about you.

   Who we share data with

   Only with parties we need to run the website and the scan, and who work only on our instructions: RackNerd (the server that hosts the website and completed scans, in the United States), the provider of the AI model (currently Anthropic, United States), Resend (sending the report, from Ireland) and Google Workspace (our mailbox). For data processed outside the European Union, we use the safeguards the law provides for this, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell data.

   How long we keep data

   Completed scans are deleted automatically after 12 months. Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for our accounts for 7 years, as required by law.

   Cookies and visit data

   This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. To prevent misuse of the scan, the server remembers your IP address for up to one hour. After that, it's gone.

   Security

   The website only works over a secure connection (https). Only we have access to the server and the completed scans. If something does go wrong with your data, we report it as the law requires.

   Your rights

   You can view, correct or delete your data. You can object, restrict processing and request a copy of your data to take elsewhere. Email us at info@perfectautomations.nl; we respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

    Changes

    If we update this policy, the new version will be published here, with the date at the top.
