Terms of service

Fixed price. No surprises.

Here you'll find, in plain English, what you can expect from us and what we need from you. These terms apply to every assignment, unless we agree otherwise in the proposal.

Version October 2026

  1. 1

    What we do for you

For every assignment, we set out in a proposal which work we will automate and what the result will be. Extra processes, connections that aren't included, or changes after we've started are discussed first and quoted separately. You never pay for anything you didn't agree to up front.

  2. 2

    Price and payment

You get a fixed price up front. You pay half when you accept the proposal and the other half on delivery. We start as soon as the first payment has been received. Invoices are payable within 14 days. All prices exclude VAT.

  3. 3

    Planning and delivery

The proposal states when we expect to deliver. That is a target date: if access, data or feedback arrive later, or the assignment changes, the planning moves with it. If anything runs late, you'll hear from us straight away.

  4. 4

    Testing and adjustments

We test with your own data, including the exceptions, until it works every time. Three rounds of adjustments are included within the agreed assignment. For more rounds or new requests, we make a separate agreement.

  5. 5

    What we need from you

Timely access to the software, accounts and data we need, and someone who can answer our questions. If that comes later, delivery may move back.

  6. 6

Money back if it doesn't work

If we are unable to deliver what we agreed in the proposal, you get your deposit back in full. Once you have approved the delivery, no refund is possible.

  7. 7

    You own everything

After the final payment, everything we build for you is yours: the automations, the settings and the documentation. It runs in your own accounts. We keep no access or rights, unless you give us access for support.

  8. 8

    Support after delivery

For 30 days after delivery we fix errors in what we built free of charge. New features and changes are not included. After that you can choose support and development.

  9. 9

    Support and development

For support you pay a fixed monthly fee per automation: €99 for the first and €65 for each additional one, excl. VAT. This covers the server, AI usage, monitoring, fixes and small adjustments. The term and notice period are agreed in the proposal.

  10. 10

    Software costs

Subscriptions to software you already use, such as your accounting package, you pay directly to the supplier. If an automation needs an extra program or subscription, you'll hear about it up front, including the costs.

  11. 11

    Confidentiality and privacy

Everything we learn about your business is treated as confidential. We only use your data for your assignment and share it with no one. If we work with personal data, we sign a data processing agreement and comply with the GDPR.

  12. 12

    Stopping during the assignment

Want to stop before we're finished? Then you only pay for the work done up to that point, and everything that's already finished is yours.

  13. 13

    Liability

We work carefully and test thoroughly. If something does go wrong, our liability is limited to the amount of the assignment. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, or for outages in software from other suppliers.

  14. 14

    Dutch law

Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. If we can't resolve something together, either of us can bring it before the competent court in Gelderland.

PA Automations is a trade name of PA Agency B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99602199.
