What work can you automate?
Almost anything that's done the same way every time: quotes, invoices, moving data, follow-ups, reports, standard emails. If you can explain the work in a few sentences, we can usually automate it.
What does it cost?
An automation costs a one-off €999 excl. VAT: half up front, the other half once it's running. After that you pay €99 per month for support (server, AI, monitoring and fixes); each additional automation costs €65 per month. In our worked examples the build pays for itself within 5 to 13 weeks.
How long does it take?
A first automation is usually up and running within a few weeks. We split bigger projects into steps, so you keep seeing results quickly.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build in and between the software you already use. If something extra is needed, you'll hear about it up front, including the costs.
Will this replace my staff?
Potentially. But your team also gets time back for the work they're really good at: helping customers, delivering quality, selling. We take over the dull, repetitive work.
What if it doesn't work?
Then it isn't finished. We test with your own data until it works every time. And if we can't deliver what we agreed, you get your deposit back.
