How many steps the work has
Sending an invoice is one step. Taking an order from an email, checking it, entering it in your system and confirming it to the customer is four. The more steps and exceptions, the more work.

Some software is easy to connect, some isn't. In the free call we look at the software you use, so there are no surprises later.
Whether reading or writing is involved
If the automation needs to read documents or write texts, such as emails and reports, we use AI. With us, those costs are included in support.
Hourly rate or fixed price
Many agencies charge by the hour, so you only find out the cost afterwards. We work with a fixed price per automation. Bigger jobs we split into steps, each with its own fixed price.

What's included in support at €99 a month?
The server, AI usage, monitoring, repairs and small changes. If something changes in software you use, we make sure the automation keeps working.
How quickly do I earn it back?

What if it turns out to be more work than expected?
Then you don't pay more. The price is fixed in the proposal up front. If something new comes up during the build, we discuss it first and offer it separately.
Are there any other costs?
Subscriptions to software you already use, such as your accounting package, you pay to the supplier yourself. If an extra program is needed, you'll hear about it up front, including the costs.
